Because Aspergers affects relationships, and because it's abnormal, it makes the relationship also abnormal, but there again, so do many other things, so much so that practically no relationship is normal, regardless of the people involved.

I know people with Asperger's who are married with children.

So, yes, certainly though the relationship may not be entirely "normal". There can be issues and challenges involved, and the couple may require ongoing counseling to help navigate them.

However, even couples that do NOT include an Asperger's person may need counseling, too.

"Asperger's" is a term that isn't used much now.  It's preferred that such people simply be described as being on the spectrum but very high-functioning, or as having "ASD"
