can I still get toned doing 5 minutes of exercise daily?
Im overweight and currently in a calorie deficit. I struggle when doing exercise because I get tired after doing like 2 mins and dont have the motivation to keep going. If I force myself to do 5-10 mins of workouts including resistant band training along with an hour walk a day will I tone and lose weight?

In short, no. In order to see the "tone" you are looking for you have to get to a low enough fat percentage to see the muscle definition. Bodyweight exercises on their own won't burn fat. I would suggest adding cardio, start with a 30 minute walk daily, and add weight to your workouts. Eating healthy and balanced is essential. The phrase "abs are made in the kitchen" couldn't be more true. Determination gets results, so even when you are tired push through. :)
