Are we allowed to mention that ...Leicester, Bradford and other cities that  have seen a 2nd spike ...?

.... have very large Asian populations?

Maybe the importance of the extended family in Asian culture isn't conducive to social disrancing.

Who knows?  it's possible

 and should be discussed imo.

That 'We' - would be British, unless your white supremacist gene is playing up.

If data say so, you can mention it. You can check the Defamation Act 2013. It clearly stated that you can say whatsoever is true or honorable.

I think you'll find they have a large British population.

Muslims aren't particularly concerned by hygiene.

It's not PC to mention the ethnic population, but they don't care about social distancing, or hygiene as the garment factory owners in LeIcester are perfect examples of.

You can mention it. But other cities with a large Asian communities aren’t in that list, and many overwhelmingly white towns like Barnsley are on that list.

    So, what’s your point?

Yes you can mention it, however, to infer that it is because they have a high Asian populate is correlational data thus cannot infer causality.

The important action to take is to find out why.

    Questions to ask:

1/ which part of the population is prone to infection?

2/ what social relationships connect them?

    3/ what other connections?

Other relationships that have also link with C19 is:

Income... shown that people with low incomes have a much higher chance of infection.

disability... people with disability also have a higher chance of infection.

Two others I would include is:

Educational level... People who have a low education seem to ignore government advice.

    Personality type...

However, both those are just my own observation

Other places also have a large Asian populations, but they don't have a second spike. So what are you saying.
