    That is an unreasonable question. Things beyond our control happen and doesn't have a specific time to occur.

    It didn't. It first got started in 2019 - which is precisely why the illness is called COVID-19 and not COVID-20.

    It didn't. It started in either 2019 or 2020 which are at the END of a decade. 2001 will be the first year of the next decade.

    As far as we are aware, it started in 2019. It may have started even earlier than that
