3.400 years if you add 1.400 years for fourteen centuries to the 2.000 years of the Christian era.

The 14th Century Was From January 1st 1400BC to December 31st 1301BC

(for those who didn't know century's start on 01 not 00 in AD and work in reverse in BC)

So the last day of 14th Century BC was on December 31st 1301 was 1300 years before the start of AD time. (its only 1300 and not 1301 because there was no 0 year)

So as of today:

1300+2019 (again you cant recount year one) Is 3319 years & months and 9 days since the end of the 14th century

21 + 14 = 35 centuries, or 3500 years.

Many here missed the BCE = meaning 14 centuries BEFORE the year 1.

The question is not answerable with a single number of years

because

a century is 100 years long

and because we are partially into the current year

and

that fraction of the year that we are in is continuously changing.

About 3400 years roughly speaking. Allowing for calendar adjustments and the like that would be as precise any archaeologist would feel the need to be.

July 8, 1320 BCE to today = 3339 years.
