What is my TDEE?

Stats: 16M, 155-156lbs, 5ft 9in, recently lost 37 lbs. I do a push pull legs split 6 days a week followed by usually 15 minutes of cardio

What should my TDEE be to maintain weight? What if I want to build muscle?
