Affirmations help a lot. Check out Louise Hay self-esteem affirmations. I know they might seem cheesy but they help a lot because they help to re-wire your thinking about yourself. Reality is just a story we tell ourselves. Everything is perspective. So if you really want the perspective to change...you have to change the story you tell yourself and start there.
