First you need to find r, the distance from the origin. This is easily done via the pythagorean theorem since you have both a real coefficient (a = 3) and an imaginary one (b = -4).
Then you need the angle. This can be found with the inverse tangent function since you have the two non-hypotenuse sides of a triangle. tan(x) = opp/adj = a/b
So x = arctan(a/b)
