No.   If tax returns and refunds, government stimulus checks, and passports can be safely delivered by the post office, then so can ballots, especially if the appropriate safeguards are put in place by election officials.

Vote by mail does not necessarily or inevitably increase election fraud, but it can increase the opportunity for election fraud;however, ironically, the opportunity is actually greatest in the hands of a sitting president. GW and Jeb running around with trucks full of barrels full of ballots.

No.  There is very little voter fraud with mail-in/absentee voting.  Trump is claiming this because he's loosing in the polls.  He did this in 2016-- claiming, if he lost, the election was rigged.  When he won, it was a different story-- even though investigations discovered Russian interference in the election process.

There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the mail in ballot system. Ask yourself why Trump is taking legal action against Nevada for expanding their mail in ballot capability while at the same time he is encouraging Floridians to vote by mail. He and his whole family and countless members of his administration vote by mail. Why would they do that if they thought it was fraudulent?

Not really.  Any who wants to commit fraud can do it by absentee ballot.  Whether the bulk of the legitimate votes are cast by mail or in person shouldn't affect them either way.

It's been used for years, and this is a necessity due to the virus, it wouldnt have been suggested otherwise. It should be adopted as a one-time measure for this particular election.

    Nope.

You see, ballots could all receive a unique serial number with encryption values. Unless someone decipher the encoding -- which could be made arbitrarily complex -- a fake ballot could not be produced, and duplicating one ballot could be made such that any duplication result in the annulment of every ballot with the same code.

Are there any fake bitcoins in circulation? No? Then that is pretty much it. It can be done.

The orange shitstain is opposed to it because it would limit his opportunity for denying legitimate voters the right to vote. If you are looking for a fraudster, look no further than the obese orange turd.

Trump's attacks on voting by mail (which he will do himself) are only meant to undermine public confidence in the election results because he knows he's going to lose.  Multiple states have seen great success with voting by mail.
