How would extremely loud music sound in an anechoic chamber?

What sort of experience would it be for someone hearing it? How would it affect their hearing at high and higher decibel levels?

Thank you!

Having been in one of these chambers, I can tell you that the sound would be there, but extremely flat-sounding (that's the best description I can come up with).  Since all sound is completely absorbed by the walls, there is no echoing, no reverberations, none of the resulting overtones that give sound its "richness."  Instead, the sound gets sort of "swallowed up" by the walls.

Hearing even your favorite song in an anechoic chamber would be kind of like trying to kiss someone through a screen door.
