If you don't have kids just file for divorce and be done with this. If there are children involved get into some marriage counseling to see if he can redirect his feelings. Even if he can't do that having a counselor involved will make the breakup easier.

That's the BS people use when they want to hedge their bets each way. It means he wants you hanging round in case this new thing doesn't work out.

When a husband tells his wife he’s in love with another women, he has already made up his mind that he don’t care. He wants the marriage to end. Sadly until he see’s it for himself there is nonthing you can do. 

Yea, he’s married To you. Emotions and feelings change, but he made a commitment to you. For whatever reason, he is in love with another women, it’s probably more of a sexual thing. If he’s cheated on you, than by all means, file for a Separation and divorce. If he hasn’t, than counseling may be an option to see what is driving him to this other women. But at this point, you cannot compete. He needs to leave if that how he feels. File for separation.
