Does my change in sleep schedule cause migraines?

During summer, I used to sleep at 2 in the afternoon, and wake up at 10 at night. Now I'm sleeping at 10 at night, and waking up at 6 in the morning.

If you suffer migraine headaches,  virtually anything can set them off.  It's your job to identify what does and then take steps to mitigate your circumstances.
