In a really bad condition, don't know where to go next. ?

I was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety about 4-5 years ago, I'm 17, lately it's gotten a lot worse. My parents argue, when they do it's bad. It's constant. When it happens, Im now having panic attacks and mental breakdowns every argument, it affects me really bad. I don't know why, it just does. I feel like I'm losing my mind more and more everyday, I honestly think I might be going crazy, Ive started making shapes up in my head, and using my head as a pencil, drawing them in the air. None of that makes sense, I know, it's just this weird habit I cant stop doing. My father (who has passed) appears in many of dreams, I usually wake up in a swear, terrified, and start to cry. I go to a counselor/therapist, I take medicine every morning and night, I've been in the hospital twice for a week period both times, I don't know where else to go. Nothing helps, all the counselors say doesn't help, it's always the same stuff. Same basic "it gets better" lines. Where should I go with this? Any help is very appreciated.

You are just a pity seeking attention seeker.  Someone who was really diagnosed at your age would be in therapy and be able to talk to a professional instead of inventing stories online.
