What can a boss do about his receptionist who sometimes starts a sentence with “I ain’t” to customers?

Fire her. Hire someone who can talk English without sounding like she grew up on the streets of H*ll. A receptionist represents your company so you want someone who went to school, and listened and learned something, other than ignorance.

If the boss doesn't like it or feels the receptionist is being unprofessional by using I ain't, then the boss should talk to the receptionist about it.
Instead or I ain't, she can use I'm not or I won't.
