No toxins can build up from prolonged bacteria - you can't kill the toxins (think botulism) by cooking.

If your an American, I say go for it.  Your body is huge compared to an egg.  If your Canadian,  I would advise against it, then again your smart enough to know that already.

No.   Don't eat spoiled anything, eggs or otherwise.   Even the animals won't do that.
