Are there COVID restrictions on the NJ Turnpike?

You can travel through places with no problem at all - you are allowed to drive on the roads no matter where you are from.

However, Maryland is on the quarantine list in NY state, meaning you are required to quarantine for 14 days after your arrival - no shopping, no eating out, no sightseeing, etc.  There is a traveler health form that you are supposed to complete.  If you are staying at a hotel or other such accommodation, they are taking information to help with enforcement.

There are currently over 30 states that are required to quarantine for 14 days when coming to NY State (where I live).  Troopers are checking by license plate, and buses and trains also have checks. Look at the NY State website that addresses this.  Do not just assume you are welcome.
