Isabella Evie sounds great in my opinion (which is not the greatest but you know). The only other one I can think of off the top of my head is Isabella Katherine (Katherine is my name so thst's probably why!)

Isabella is very common but pretty. I don’t like a first and middle name starting with vowels because an I and E sound so alike . It doesn’t really flow. But with that being said Evie sounds childish at the very least it should be Isabella Eve.

Personally, I think middle names that end in the “ee” sound, sound a little odd.
