If Biden wins the election, then gets indicted for corruption in Ukraine, what would happen?

The remedy is impeachment. Or wait until he's out of office, which probably won't take long.

Nothing, because first off, it will not happen, secondly only congress can remove the president, not the justice system.

First, there's not even been an allegation that Joseph Biden did anything corrupt in respect to Ukraine. The allegations were about his son, Hunter, and they were unfounded-- disproven by Trump's own intelligence agencies. That's why he was asking Ukraine to open an investigation, because his own intelligence and law enforcement agencies wouldn't because they not only didn't have the probable cause required to indict or even open a formal investigation but had proof through preliminary investigation that the allegations were false and started as an Internet rumor, disinformation propaganda, by a server farmer out of the Kremlin, so indicting anyone on those proven falsehoods would be felonious prosecutorial misconduct and nobody at the NSA, FBI, or even DoJ was willing to go to prison for Trump by indicting on charges that had been proven false.
BUT, if Biden were President of the United States, just like Trump couldn't be indicted in the Mueller investigation or for HIS Ukraine corruption scandal for which he became only the third President ever impeached, neither could Biden be indicted. Sitting Presidents can't be indicted. They can only be impeached by the House and then possibly convicted by the Senate. Crimes committed by a sitting President of the United States do not fall under the purview of the Judicial Branch but the Legislative Branch, so Presidents get brought up on impeachment charges, not indicted.

And I bet you believe Rudy Giuliani is sober and that he acts like a clever lawyer should be acting.

Attorney General Bill Barr said a sitting president cannot be indicted. That's why Trump wasn't charged for obstruction of justice following the Mueller investigation.
