Which type of weather is better and why? Winter weather or summer weather ?

I generally prefer summer weather.

Spring  and fall, here. Summer is easily 113 degrees, winter too cold until 10 AM. 50 people a year die in my state from the heat, including elderly and border crossers. 

 I suppose Aussies would reverse  this.

Neither of them really. Cold weather makes people ill yes, but it's not like 30°C + temperatures are considered "nice" weather either. I think we can all agree that 15°C weather is perfect. So the spring and autumn are the best seasons.
