Is Kamala Harris really black?

Her father was born in Jamaica, and her mother India before immigrating to the US in the 70's, where Kamala was born.
I would argue she's more bi-racial- People born in India tend to be brown skinned, and Jamacians dark skinned. It would be like me saying because my grandparents were born in Scotland it makes me 100% scottish, nope, doesn't work that way.
I'd say biracial.

Yes. Her dad's a Black man from Jamaica, Jamaica being predominantly Black today because it was the central hub for the British slave trade in the New World, like Haiti was for France, Brazil was for Portugal, and Cuba was for Spain, which all likewise have extremely high percentage of Black citizens for the same reason.
