    F= MA

    Hence

    A = F/M

    Substituting

    A = 10 / 2.5

    A = 4

    You really should have learned how to divide before they let you into high school physics.

    Solve for A

    F = MA, F = 10 and M = 2.5

    A = 4

    A=F/M=10/2.5=4                         .

    If 10 = 2.5*A then A = 4

    F = MA

    Solve for A

    Divide both sides by M

    F/M = A

    Flip

    A = F/M

    Plug in given values

    A = 10 / 2.5

    A = 4 <––––––

    So that boils down to 10 = 2.5A. Can you solve that?  If you can't, then you are in the wrong class!

    F=MA ---> A=F/M
