Can Bluetooth dongles use USB 2.0 , USB 3.0, or both? WIndows 7 desktop.?

    They can use both, newer dongles maybe better on usb 3 though.

    In general yes, the USB standard is backwards compatible, so a USB3.0 Bluetooth stick will work in a USB2.0 socket but at reduced speeds.
