do i need to wash my face mask after every use?

i bought some new snood germany face masks made out of stretch cotton....and i don't want to wash them after every use because i don't want to ruin them and for them to fade?

so will i be alright if i don't wash them after usage, and re-wear them when i go to the shopping store?

any advice?
