Do you check a prospective hires social media to make sure they're fit for the job?

I often check to make sure there's no background in criminality, pornography, or especially supporting Donald Trump. I don't want some retard drinking bleach and coming to work thinking he's immune from the virus and doesn't need to wash his hands or stay home with a fever.
