Good luck enforcing it.  Even with Whitmer's mandate (heil Whitmer), the local police in Michigan aren't enforcing it.  

Edit:  Look, I know you want to shoot more dollar store security guards in Flint for telling you to mask up, or blame police for killing an unmasked black man like George Floyd, but we're just tired of it.  If you want to catch the Covid, go ahead.
