No one has yet disproved hypergamy?

All women are hypergamous to an extent. Please show counter evidence if you don’t believe in it. No one has yet to disprove the theory.

Most women won't have a man who earns less than him. This is the whole point of hypergamy. Women do the choosing, not men.

Most men can't have a woman who earns more than him. His fragile ego couldn't take it.

Everyone knows that men regularly propose to women who earn less than them. It’s indisputable. Although it may be changing a little. But on the whole, historically, men have always chosen women who earn less than they do.

There are women who marry lazy bums who sit around while they work, so I don't believe "all women" are hypergamous.

"No one has yet disproved hypergamy?"

What's there to disprove?  It's fairly consistent behaviour.  When North and South magnetic poles repel each other every single time we try to place them together, we can prove one theory of magnetism to be true, even though we have no way of sensing magnetism other than by observing it's physical behaviours that we can sense.

With regards to social sciences, it is not quite so exact.  But when behaviour occurs repeatedly, throughout all of history, beyond the 85th percentile, then it is considered to be a solid social theory.  Hypergamy meets this standard.

Social sciences get a bad wrap, justifiably, because feminism and identity politics have polluted the waters with their flimsy assertions that pass no such standards of any kind.  THAT's the problem.

And the evidence for your statement is.... Where exactly? It's a bit hypocritical to make a statement demanding evidence that disproves it without showing any form of evidence that supports it.

Hypergamy is a big topic and breaking down everything piece by piece would be a full time research job. So please show us something that supports your statement.
