I got an MMR vaccine last year.  Will that give me any protection from the virus?

The MMR vaccine is for measles, mumps and rubella (German measles). Those things are not related to covid 19 (which is a virus that affects the respiratory system), so that vaccine won't do any thing to protect you against getting the virus.

What on Earth gave you the idea that any form of immunisation is 'universal'? That is what you seem to think about MMR.
