How do you know if something is wrong with your teeth? I have no pain or anything im just paranoid because my brushing schedule isnt great. ?

    What do you mean by "wrong?"  You see a dentist every 6 months for a teeth cleaning, x-rays as needed, and an exam.  They can tell if you are getting a cavity, gum disease, losing enamel, etc.  

    You can also start brushing and flossing twice a day.

    Cavities hurt, nothing wrong with them. Worry about something else.
