He's a domestic shorthair (DSH). A red and white tabby. Not a specific breed. Most cats are mixes.

    Breed:  Domestic shorthair

Color: Red tabby and white (if the stripes on the body are vertical lines he's a mackerel tabby; if the stripes look more like a circle or bullseye he's a classic tabby).

It's just a ginger moggie, of no particular breed.  Most cats are "mixed", since they aren't fussy who they breed with, unless someone has deliberately bred them.

It isn't any breed or mix of breeds.  It's just a "domestic" like over 97% of cats.  Coat is either Red Mackerel Tabby or Red Classic Tabby.  Is it stripes or thick whorls?

Such nonsense it may have American or British Shorthair in its lineage.  Doesn't have ANY traits of either plus pedigreed kittens are most often sold ALTERED.

FYI only "... and white" if the undercarriage is white.  If it's just that little bit on the neck that's not enough to be considered "... and white".
