Is this a good diet plan to get lean muscle?

Eating this same food everyday repeatedly and cut into 6 small meals per day 

Meal 1, 3, 5 whole grain bread with butter and salad and oatmeal with fruit Meal 2, 4, 6 Brown Rice with Green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, lettuce)

    You should add few things in daily routine like Workout in Gym, Yoga and most important Consultation with Trainer. Actually they can tell you better which will increase your muscle.

    Lacks protein which is necessary for muscle growth.  Also heavy on carbs with not much else.

    I don't see any significant protein here (MEAT).   You would be lean, all right.   But I doubt you would gain a lot of muscle.
