tsno. a proper sentance is an adjective.

there isnt a subject in your sentance its undefined. its not a proper adjective.

it is clearly only a verb, obviously written by a illiterate person but one with confidence so obviiusly one grandfathered and constantly told its literate.

The grammar is fine. Are you asking about the truth of the statement?

"Corona virus has set our economy back."

"Economically" refers to particular things, not to financial matters generally.  You can say that one car uses fuel economically, whereas the other one is a gas guzzler.

Other respondents so far seem not to understand how 'economically' is used in normal British English.
