How can I balance pressure and salt? No salt took my blood pressure to 108.?

    Is that your diastolic number or your systolic? If it's systolic that number is a teeny bit low but if you can tolerate it that's fine. If it's diastolic that number is awful. 120/80 is ideal.  It's not just about salt. It's about your overall weight and all the other things that you put into your body. More leafy greens. No sugar. No booze. Drink mostly water and lots of it and/or unsweetened coffee or tea. No canned/boxed/processed foods. If you can - go vegan. If you can't go vegan then try giving up whatever meat you can. Take up meditation. And exercise. If you can't do full on exercise then just go for nightly walks. If you can't go for nightly walks, then do what you can to move.

    Salt (sodium) is only 1/3 of the issue.   Need to balance that with potassium and phosphorus.
