How do I have richer speech when I know a lot of better words, but I don't remember them in my speech?

Write monologues using random words from a dictionary. Read them out loud. As a matter of fact, take any book, and begin narrating loudly for 30 minutes. Do this with the same books repeatedly and you will notice you start to incorporate some of the vocab into your speech.

It's not just about knowing words, it's about using them.

The repetition will put those words into your speech, as they will become muscle memory.
