multiplication...thats it. Multiply your recipe till you get enough for 35. Some web sites will do that for you...Allrecipes.com is one, I believe.

If you times the recipe by 4 that's enough for 32 but you could 'stretch' it and have a little less each.

Or,  you could times it by 5 and have some left for seconds!.

Multiply everything by 4.5. That will make enough for 36 servings but is easier than being exact.

raise all the ratios by 3. If it says use 1 lb of dry pasta, use 3 lbs. If it's 1lt of sauce, make it 3lts. Fraction calculators are online if you've forgotten the nitty gritty on multiplying 3/4th cup butter by 3.

Multiply all the measurements by 4.5. This should give you enough for 36, so you should have plenty, however, if you think any of your guests will have a large appetite, then make 5X the quantities, better to have some leftovers than insufficient.

I do not know where you are, but if you are in GB, large gatherings are banned due to COVID 19 precautions.

Just multiply by 5, and expect some leftovers. Next day fried spaghetti? yum.
