Who picks the questions that appear when you login to yahoo answers?

Who decided what questions appear on "discover" when you login to yahoo answers? Some of those are pretty partisan and 1 sided.

"Discover" is Yahoo Answer's "trending". You can guess which posts are trending and those on discover have lots of activity. The questions may be one sided, but the answers are not.
