how it was legal to lock up Brad Parscala when it was just his wife accusing him of something that he denied? no other witnesses?

this "Baker's act" is constitutional? to hold someone involuntarily in a hospital indefinitely just because 1 person accuses you of wanting to harm yourself or others?  what if they are lying? maybe she is lying about him so she can take his home even?> have an affair etc?

Update:

DID ANYONE SEE THE FOOTAGE OF THE COP JUST TACKLING HIM FOR NO REASON? BRAD WAS STANDING THERE BEING FRIENDLY TALKING WITH THE COP AND SUDDENLY ANOTHER COP SAID "GET DOWN!" AND TACKLED HIM TO THE PAVEMENT

The nut doctors locked him up because they decided he was crazy.  They can do that to anybody, there is no appeal.
