It's a kind of slang and it means literally: '' You're cute, don't you have a 06 ? ''. It's a way to ask the number phone of a girl, for some young guys who cross one somewhere.

'' Ta pa '' is the contraction of: '' Tu as pas '', in formal French: '' Tu n'as pas ''...

For ' Cc ', I don't know what it means, but it could be the girl's name abbreviated. 06 is about the number phone, that is because most of them in France start by: 06. Yet this has saturated and now they are created starting with 07.

◘ EDIT: OK Tangi, thanks! So correction: Cc = Coucou, which means in English: Peak a boo...
