I have a feeling that Covid  vaccinations have been ready for a while, but like everything else, I am sure that the low income people will be last in line and that is if they're even approved at all.

Multiple companies, worldwide, are working on it.  Before they OK a vaccine, it must be fully tested and determined to be both safe and effective.  There's been a problem with the safety part.  So, they have to do further work on it.  Don't trust anything that's been rushed by Trump, or any other politician for their own self-gain.

Yes, it's strange that we still have not been given the vaccine for Covid, plus stethoscopes disappeared in 2020 when a respiratory epidemic or Covid Pandemic started. After the stethoscope being the definitive symbol of a doctor since at least the Fifties if not the Forties or even Thirties and listening to your lungs and chest being ALWAYS the first thing a doctor did, all the way through 2019, now that there's a respiratory disease they've suddenly stopped in 2020.

The thing is there's 2 pharmaceutical companies that have a vaccine in final trials.

Now the FDA says they will check them out with a fine-toothed comb to make sure they're safe with no side effects.

The same FDA that has approved drugs that make you addicted to gambling. Approved drugs with side effects of heart failure, kidney failure, permanent loss of hair, pancreatitis, etc, and all the way to possible death.

Yep! They are really looking out for our health.

One cannot vaccinate against a disease that does not exist.

There's no guarantee there will EVER be a vaccine. They been trying to develop one for SARS /MERS for over a decade with no luck yet.

No one knows and that, is the only legitimate answer. Moderna who was in front in third stage testing pushed their date back a month until the end of Nov.  If nothing else changes, then they should have it approved in Dec for mass distribution. That is blue sky, the best outcome possible right now. The other major players in stage three are either behind or have stopped their trials for a while.

Late November at the earliest but more likely mid summer of 2021.
