If I have a severe asthma attack after a game of hockey, how can I use this as an example of Operant conditioning?

If I have a severe asthma attack after a game of hockey and as a result I no longer partake in hockey games (for fear of having another asthma attack) is this an example of operant conditioning? Any input would be helpful! Thanks
