The 2k and 10K do nothing.

Rt=600*1200/(600+1200)=720,000/1800

Rt=400Ω

E=1.5*400=600V

E(-)=600/2=300V

E(+)=600*1000/(1200)=500V

E(+-)=500-300=200V

first get the equivalent R seen by the source

left leg is 300+300 = 600 Ω

right is 1000+200 = 1200 Ω

the two are in parallel, equal to 1200•600/1800 = 400

so voltage is 1.5 x 400 = 600 volts

the left and right form voltage dividers

on the left there is (1/2)600 = 300 volts

on the right there is (1000/1200)600 = 500 volts

so Vo = 500 – 300 = 200 volts

note that the 2k and 5k are irrelevant, there is no current flow in them.
