Is it true IBS pills can be harmful if you don't have IBS, just flatulence?
Can you say first if you're a Yank as I am asking this on Yahoo UK

IBS medication pretty well stops bowel function, so that extreme constipation occurs. It's also used for Chron's Disease. It should be monitored by a physician. Flatulence can be controlled by changing a person's diet. And yes, I'm a "Yank".

There are no IBS pills. Only tummy ache relief medication. And the FODMAP diet.....which works a treat
