Why is this election one of the most important elections in America's history?

Update:

To the user "not". Trump has black and white supporters -- and so does Biden. Some people are independent voters. A person should vote for the candidate he or she thinks will do what is "best" for our country.

It is going to be the difference between a free society or a communist one.  Take your pick!

Because, every 80 years, America has faced severe crisis. 1781, the states had not yet formed & there was no agreement to. 1861, America entered the Civil War & 1 Million died. 1941, America entered WWII. We had two wars to fight. One with Japan & one with Germany. Only Rome has ever successfully done that. What crisis will 2021 bring? Will we still be America?

Because for the first time in American history there are politicians on the left with actual power who are openly calling themselves “socialists.”

And socialism is absolutely impossible to implement within our Constitutional Republic.

Which means that if they win, they will eventually need to destroy the Constitution and much of the Bill of Rights to enact their policies of “government above the people.”

The US was founded on the unique concept that the rights of the people are “unalienable and self-evident” and “endowed by their Creator.” We are the only government on the planet fundamentally designed with the people deriving rights from God, and the people sit permanently in authority over the government.

All other governments consider the rights of citizens as being derived from, and subject to, a central government authority.

So yeah. It’s a big effing deal to completely annihilate the reason the United States exists.

Because the democrat's agenda has never been as far left as it is now.  They want to fundamentally change America.

It's like deciding whether to get out of the car after you realize the driver is drunk.

A dumb and obvious choice but if you choose wrong you could get people hurt.

Because Democrats and Republicans hate sharing power so they hype up the importance of every election. "We must stop 4 more years of Bush" "We must stop 4 more years of Obama" "We must stop 4 more years of Trump"

    it's the same every election.

  • It isn't. The outcome doesn't matter squat - either way, America is screwed and will be lucky to exist in a decade

Don’t they say that for like every election?
