What plant is this?

It grows in my backyard. I just cut it down but here are the leaves and bark. I live in Texas. Kinda looks like poison sumac but I haven’t had any reaction touching it

    That looks more like wisteria than China Berry.  At this time of year...if it were china berry...it would have bright purple, and blue and magenta berries on it

    I agree, it's a Chinaberry.  It's a nuisance.

    I agree that it's likely a Chinaberry. It could be an Aralia spinosa (Devil's walking stick) as they look very similar but my bet is on Chinaberry.

    It appears to be a Chinaberry sapling.

    That’s just a regular unblossomed rose bush. It’s not poisonous.
