If the theory of evolution in humans is random, how can the body parts be in the right place ?

How can the body parts be in the right place, such as the eyes, nose, mouth, ears etc are in the right place, on the face. If the theory of evolution was random, it could be that the eyes and ears are on the back.

You mean like having one tube for breathing and food, causing choking, or the reproductive system next to waste management?

Because traits like that would lead to the death of the organism and no reproduction.

Whoa!  Could it be that everything in and on our bodies are actually opposite of where they should be ... but that since everything is opposite, its okay?!?!? Whoa!

If things had come out that way we might be thinking THAT was the correct arrangement.
