Which Political Party and their followers would be MORE likely to Eliminate the Bill of Rights and establish New Amendments to the?

    They'd both probably like to. But never in historical record has one had the sheer numbers in Congress that would be needed to actually do this. So it's kind of a moot point.

    To eliminate the Bill of Rights or make new amendments to the Constitution takes 2/3 of both houses of Congress and ratification by 3/4 of the states.  What that means is that no single party can do it, it requires cooperation from both parties.  And I don't see that happening in the near future, do you?

    Democrats, they are always trying find "Rights" not enumerated and remove those that are.
