It is a fact men who smoke are very likely to suffer erection problems earlier than men who never smoked.  Smoking forms a thick layer of plaque on the linings to arteries restricting blood flow.  Good erections need strong blood flow and semi blocked arteries will limit the blood flow to the penis and erection failure becomes the norm.  Yes smoking men seem to end up with smaller d!cks as they struggle to get a good blood supply.  Smokers also tend to die 10 years younger than nonsmokers, tend to lose more of their eyesight as the small blood vessels in their eyes tend to get blocked, much more likely to get cancers.  Anyone who smokes cigarettes, does drugs and alcohol to excess also suffer more erection difficulties.

Smoking cigarettes will not affect the size of your penis at all although it may very well affect your lifespan, thus reducing the length of time you can use it.

Nicotine is a vascular constrictor AND thickens blood, long term use can reduce the ability of blood to flow into the penis effectively making it appear smaller as well as causing less firm erections.

On the other hand, Viagra and other drugs like it are vascular dilators. The active components of these meds can open up blood vessels allowing blood to once again flow more freely into the penis.

If you smoke... STOP NOW and consult your doctor to address any issues you may be having achieving and maintaining an erection.

If you don't smoke... don't start!

Yes and no my friend. Smoking cigarettes in some cases causes impotence in men. I, as a smoker myself, have had that issue. And no because in some cases, it doesn't affect a person's sex drive or erections.

What age one starts putting toxins in their body matters in questions such as this.  Just like a lack of nutrition impacts all of our growth, physical and mental. Drugs, booze, all that jazz during those teen and preteen years does.  So yes, a case could be made for those that start young, that their physical development will not reach, what it was suppose to be.

That is mostly myth.  There can be some blood-flow problems that get caused by smoking and that can affect the generation and maintenance of a proper erection. Erectile dysfunction is a side effect of smoking for some.  It isn't the smoking itself that is the problem, but how it may cause problems with normal blood flow that is the problem.  Erectile dysfunction doesn't mean that the penis in the relaxed state is shrinking away.
