    That happened to me 20 years ago and it was a tumor in the rectum.I survived with a colostomy,radiation and chemo.Don't screw around asking strangers on the internet,get your nerve up and get a colonoscopy,you'll be glad any way it turns out.

    "Patient" is most likely constipated/impacted complicated by anal fissure(s) and/or hemorrhoids.

    However... the diagnosis is to NOT come here looking for a diagnosis but to go see an actual doctor.

    Nobody here can examine the "patient" and can ONLY make a guess.
