What is Endpoint Security And Antivirus Security?

I am pretty much confused with these two terms,  what is what? Endpoint also has antivirus and Antivirus is antivirus right?

Endpoint security refers to securing endpoints, or end-user devices like desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Endpoints serve as points of access to an enterprise network and create points of entry that can be exploited by malicious actors.

Antivirus is software that attempts to prevent malware from being installed on a computer. By very very far, the best antivirus is a suspicious user like you.  Malware could let someone into your system but can also just export your private data.
