What's the cheapest freight & carrier for moving to France? ?

Hello,

I am moving to France from United States, and have four of 17" x 16" x 16" boxes & a 20" desktop computer in the package to ship over there. 

Valuable items & things I use everyday will travel with me, so freight via seaway is fine with me........

what is the cheapest freight to ship personal boxes to France?

also, what carriers offer such freight?

The US Post Office, though you may want to ship the computer via FedEx or UPS.

Unless any of the boxes are over its weight limit, send them by the post office.

Go in the Post office  and ask. They probably have agreements with France / Europe to transport goods. 

You also could to have some information in the airport.
