What are some ways to force hotel guests to go to a free breakfast?

My suggestion would be extend the hours you serve it until at least noon. Most hotel chains only serve it until like 9 or 10am. When I stay in a hotel that's usually the reason I may not go get it. Not a morning person. :-p

You can't force guests to go to breakfast even if it's free.The higher the quality of what you provide, the more likely that they'll want to have breakfast there.
